Inspect Vehicle for Previous Flood or Water Damage

Part of our vehicle inspection process is to inspect for Flood Damage. Vehicles are frequently exposed to moisture and water during their ordinary operation and use. Occasionally, such exposure may leave residual marks or indicators similar to those left by exposure or immersion of the vehicle in floodwater. Our trained inspectors can determine whether or not a vehicle has been submerged in flood water or has sustained water damage. Vehicles that have sustained Flood Damage can have extensive mechanical and electrical problems in the future and not all vehicles will have paperwork disclosing this kind of damage. Protect yourself and let us find the hidden water damage. This will give you ALL the information you need before you purchase the car of your dreams.

Example:

  1. The vehicle has been registered in a F.E.M.A Natural Disaster Area
  2. The vehicle is in an area that is prone to flooding
  3. The vehicle has signs of silt or debris inside the interior
  4. The vehicle is located in an area with lakes, rivers, or near an ocean

To the trained eye, Flood Damage cannot be missed. Most consumers do not know how to properly diagnose the difference between normal exposure to water, and water or Flood Damage. This part of the inspection will take about 5-7 minutes but in some cases may take longer depending on type, size and age of the vehicle.
